After the AI robot, you'll get moved to our waiting room where one of our awesome TEXPERTs will connect with you. When it's your turn, you will have 60 seconds to accept the session request.

Being former IT management at Fortune 50 companies, we hired many IT firms and realized that all these firms operated in the same fashion. A flashy executive sales team would pitch an amazing solution, then unexperienced “IT professionals” would provide the service.
To be frank, we got frustrated and grew tired of it. If we were that fed up, then we could only imagine the unnecessary frustration non-IT people feel. So, we started our own company and strive to provide service how we would want it.
